Exterior Waterproofing: The Structural Solution Our process is comprehensive and invasive because it needs to be:
- Full Excavation: We trench down to the footing of your home to expose the entire foundation wall.
- Wall Prep & Repair: Cracks are identified, cleaned, and filled with hydraulic cement.
- Multi-Layer Protection: We apply a rubberized bituminous primer followed by a heavy-duty waterproof membrane.
- Drainage Mat & Weeping Tile: A dimpled drainage board is installed to create an air gap, guiding water down to a new weeping tile system that actively channels water away from your home.
Municipal Connections (Sewer & Water) Your home’s connection to the city infrastructure is critical. We handle the complex excavation and permitting required for these upgrades.
- Water Service Upgrades: Many older homes still have 1/2-inch lead pipes. We replace these with 3/4-inch or 1-inch copper or PEX lines, instantly improving water pressure and removing lead risks.
